Why So Sad, Kylie?
G.L.O.R.Y. fan and wrestling photographer Ed Darcey was in Boonton, New Jersey, this past Saturday
Dateline Boonton, NJ - Saturday, June 20th: Everyone's favorite wrestling debutante (at least in her mind) Kylie Pierce returned to the Elks' Lodge in Boonton, a venue where she had handily defeated her last opponent, the New Jersey Mall Queen, Roxie Cotton, who was out to reverse that previous loss. While the mall rat was more than willing to take the low road, Ms. Pierce seemed to want to concentrate on the more scientific aspects of her repertoire. Could it have been she was looking past Cotton to her later matchup against WSU Tag Champ Brooke Carter that evening? If she was looking past Roxie, she shouldn't have, as Cotton worked over Kylie's arms incessantly. After a determined, but brief, Pierce comeback, Roxie lifted the debutante into the air and drove her face first into her knee...stunning Kylie and pinning her, exacting her revenge for her earlier loss! Was Pierce's concentration on her next match worthwhile? Tune in tomorrow to find out!
