StereoVision Entertainment, GRB Entertainment, David McLane And Jeanie Buss Unveil WOW - Women Of Wrestling, A New Joint Venture Which Will Culminate With An All-New Television Series Featuring The WOW Women
LOS ANGELES - February 19, 2004 - StereoVision Entertainment, Inc (OTCBB: SVSN), GRB Entertainment, David McLane, CEO of WOW Events and Jeanie Buss of the LA Lakers have teamed together to unveil WOW - Women Of Wrestling, a new joint venture that will culminate with an all-new television series featuring the WOW women. Production is set to commence this summer.
Additionally, StereoVision Entertainment announced that it has reached an agreement for a multi-year, exlusve distribution agreement with GRB Entertainment, Inc ("GRB") for WOW and its proprietary entertainment content to network, cable, and syndication television audiences worldwide. Through this agreement, StereoVision intends to continue to achieve its goal in creating and maximizing value for its shareholders by leveraging GRB to build its WOW Events property in key media markets worldwide.
WOW Events' CEO David McLane, said "The GRB distribution agreement will provide tremendous reach for our WOW property, enabling us to capture a global audience while providing other fantastic opportunities including the marketing and licensing of branded merchandise. Given GRB's standing as one of the industry's preeminent producers and distributors of reality programming, WOW is now positioned to expand its television coverage beyond that of live events, to creating reality programming featuring its wrestling stars and related properties." Currently, GRB is set to launch the reality production, Next Action Star, for NBC.
