February 29, 2004 (5:21am): Patch: Hello, Tracy Brooks. Welcome to the Squared Circle Newsletter, & to Patch's Place. Thanks for taking time to chat with me.

Tracy: Thanks for having me.

Patch: Ok, let's start off with the basics: Height, years as pro, hometown, who you were trained by, & activities away from the ring.

Tracy: Height-- 5'4
Years as a Pro-- 3years
Hometown--St. Marys, On. Canada
Started my training at Sully's Gym in Toronto, Canada and now currently train at Squared Circle Training also in Toronto. (

Patch: When & where did you have your first match? Whom was it with? And how did you feel before the match?

Tracy: March 2001 against La Felina (Gail Kim) for AWF in a smokey bar where the ceiling was so low we could not use the top rope. Of course I won!! How was I feeling? Scared, sick, excited, nervous....

Patch: Please list any titles that you have held up to this point in time.

Tracy: Winner of the first Womens WXW Super 8 Tourney
AWF Heavy Weight Champion
WWA Womens Champion

Patch: Do you work primarily heel or baby, and which do you prefer?

Tracy: Primarily Heel, I love to have people hate me!!!

Patch: I have read you are now in NWA:TNA. Are you feuding with anyone there?

Tracy: Yes I am back on TNA and I was chosen by Shane Douglas to be the first member of the New Franchise!!!!!

Patch: What other promotions have you worked?

Tracy: Total Non Stop Action--Nashville, TN
Border City Wrestling-- Windsor, Canada
World Extreme Wrestling--PA
World Wrestling Association--Indiana

Patch: What is the best crowd response that you've ever gotten? Positive or negative.

Tracy: Definitely coming out with the Franchise at TNA!!!

Patch: What is the best match that you think you've ever had?

Tracy: My best match? I am still trying for that best match. Everytime I am in the ring I am learning something new. So hopefully everytime I step in the squared circle I can have a better match then the one before it.

Patch: Do you like to work from the ground or air?

Tracy: I try to do a little of both.

Patch: Do you have a favorite place to wrestle? If so, where?

Tracy: I wrestled at the Coliseum in Memphis for Jerry Lawler's promotion and you could feel the history in that building.

Patch: What can fans expect to see from you when they see you for the first time?

Tracy: I hope everytime I step into the squared circle they seem something different from the time before.

Patch: Who are your favorite wrestlers?

Tracy: Rick Rude, Macho Man, Rowdy Piper, Chris Benoit, Molly Holly, Dynamite Kid....

Patch: If you could wrestle anyone from the WWE, who would it be & why?

Tracy: Gail Kim, we started in the business together and I think we both have evolved since the last time we wrestled.

Patch: Do you prefer tags or singles?

Tracy: As long as I am in the ring it doesn't matter.

Patch: Who has been your toughest challenge?

Tracy: Everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!

Patch: Tracy, we give the stars we interview a chance to say anything they want about the wrestling business. This is your time. Shoot...

Tracy: This business is a lifestyle not just a part-time job to be taken lightly. Everything we eat, say, our actions outside and inside the ring, the time we spend travelling, training, our relationships... the list goes on and on. It is all based around the wrestling business. We put our bodies, hearts, and souls on the line every night to entertain the fans not because we have to but because we love this business!!!

Patch: Thank you for your time, & the best of luck in your career.

Tracy: Thank you.
Hugs and kisses
