I couldn't agree more with April Hunter's remarks on G.L.O.R.Y. today about Jackie and Madusa looking good in swimsuits and having the athleticism and skill to make things look real in the ring.

Here is a pic of Madusa looking simply sensational in a swimsuit outside the wrestling ring. But she also looked fantastic inside the ring, as you can see from this shot where she's using a ceiling hold to defeat Heidi Lee Morgan. Madusa was a methodical worker, particularly in her early days in the AWA. She would work away at weakening a specific part of her opponent's anatomy--often the lower part of the spinal column--and when ready, she would execute a back breaking hold as here. Indeed, she used the ceiling hold sufficiently often that she gave it her own name: "The Madusa Press". She also used the Boston crab to good effect.

Awesome stuff! I ask myself if we're ever going to see the likes of Madusa in the ring again.
