Pain At Each End
Yesterday's POD brought us a blast from the past featuring G.L.O.R.Y. Girl Cindy Rogers. Today, let's check out Cindy in some more recent action...
It was a case of feeling the pain at each end for Cindy Rogers when she met fellow G.L.O.R.Y. Girl Amber O'Neal for WSU a couple of months ago. At the time, Rogers was still working her way back from a serious injury sustained during the 2008 softball season. And Amber...well, she didn't care about her opponent's previous injuries. She was there to win by any means necessary!
O'Neal targeted each end of Ms. Rogers' anatomy during the contest. First, she viciously twisted and wrenched the neck of her opponent in an attempt to put the wiry Rogers back on WSU's injured reserve list. Amber's next attack was directed at Cindy's strong legs as she locked up the limbs and stretched them to the limit. If you want to know how effective the leg lock maneuver was, just take a look at Cindy's face!
