SHIMMER Returns: Wally's There!

SHIMMER returned to (beautiful downtown) Berwyn, Illinois, this past weekend--along with many of the G.L.O.R.Y. Girls who are also members of the SHIMMER roster--to celebrate the 4th anniversary of one of the premier women's wrestling organizations in North America. Know who else was there? Wrestlin' Wally, of course! Today, we bring you a few of the shots that Wally captured from ringside during the Volume 27 show.

First up, Ariel...who we see putting everything she has behind a powerful forearm shot to her opponent's chest [above]. Next, Jessie McKay shows her high kick abilities as she nails Sara del Rey with a roundhouse blow to the side of the head [Picture #2]. G.L.O.R.Y. Girl Nikki Roxx was in Berwyn, too. Take a look as she stretches out MsChif with a torturous rear chinlock [ #3]. (And boy, are we happy to see the gorgeous Ms. Roxx's hair getting back to it's long and lovely state!) Finally, there's the fearless LuFisto who agreed to travel down from Canada to step into the ring against the brutal Awesome Kong. But the Hardcore Anime Warrior may have regretted that decision after Kong got done throttling her over the middle ring rope [ #4].
