Forth And Back G.L.O.R.Y. Girl Battle
More action today from the back and forth (forth and back) battle that we showed you yesterday...the hard-hitting match between G.L.O.R.Y. Girls Annie Social and Sara del Rey that took place at last month's Jersey All Pro Wrestling event in Rahway, NJ.
Somehow, we weren't surprised when del Rey decided to send some chops to Annie's unprotected chest area [Above & Picture #2]. The stinging blows were followed-up by a vicious clothesline that took the stunned Social down to the mat [ #3]. But this was where The Death Rey got careless. As she attempted to lay more punishment on the reeling Ms. Social, the Philly bad girl surprised her attacker by locking her in a combo arm bar and head/neck scissors [ #4 & #5]. Suddenly, the match looked more like an MMA fight than a pro wrestling match!
But it only took del Rey a few moments to come up with a counter to what certainly looked like a tap-out situation. Working her way to her feet, Sara was able to lift her opponent off the mat even while that arm and head lock were still in place [ #6]. Annie struggled to maintain the hold, but del Rey's strength won this battle as Ms. Social soon found herself locked-up, off her feet, and ready to absorb a brutal Barbie Crusher [ #7].
But wait! Sara had other plans...like flinging herself back and slamming Annie hard to the mat with a devastating, spine-crunching suplex [ #8]. No way that Annie...or anyone else for that matter...was going to survive a massive blow like that and be able to continue. The titanic back and forth battle between these two tough and talented G.L.O.R.Y. ladies came to an end when Sara hooked the left leg of the nearly unconscious Social [ #9] to get the pin and the victory.
