Not The The Kind Of Crunch She's Used To...
Take a look at those abs!
The well-conditioned abdominal muscles of Danyah are the envy of wrestlers and fans across the indy scene. The Canadian grappler and trainer maintains her strong physique with plenty of exercises...the most obvious, or course, being the thousands of crunches that she performs on a weekly basis. But the crunch she was a part of during the latest SHIMMER event was not the kind of crunch she's used to!
This crunch came courtesy of her opponent: the big, powerful and ruthless Amazing Kong. After fighting valiantly against her much larger rival, Danyah was unable to keep from being worn down and overwhelmed by the vicious ring monster. A weakened Danyah was easily lifted and driven into the mat with a crunching powerslam. Great abs or not, no one can survive this type of pulverizing move performed by the huge Kong. The slam left the Canadian in a heap on the mat...allowing her to be easily covered for the pin.
Crunches like these don't help Danyah's abs one bit. Come to think of it...they don't help any part of her body at all!
