Catching Up With April Hunter
Just because April Hunter retired from active ring competition last year doesn't mean that she hasn't been busy. In fact, April seems to be busier now than ever!
Since moving to Louisville, Kentucky, in early '08, Hunter has been traveling quite a bit throughout the mid-section of the country. When she's not on the road, it's likely you'll find Big Red sitting at her computer working on the book she's currently writing. In between chapters, Hunter also managed to get herself in a situation which will feature her on a December episode of TruTV's Most Shocking series. We don't know if she'll be shocking us in a good or bad way, but we'll be watching!
In the category of "really good to hear news": April's back is getting better. G.L.O.R.Y. fans certainly remember that it was back issues which precipitated the redhead's retirement from active wrestling. Now, April's back isn't "get in the ring" better, but it just might be "fitness competition" better. The model/wrestler/fitness competitor/author/actress/entrepreneur has lost 17 pounds in the last few months. From the looks of her picture below
