Hardcore & Hellish!

The MLW Arena was the scene of some amazingly violent wrestling action recently when "Hardcore" Heather Owens faced the hellish Ann Brookstone. The lucky few who were able to be there in person to see these two G.L.O.R.Y. Girls battle were unprepared for the brawl that they were about to witness.

Brookstone was the first to take advantage of the anything-goes rules (or, much more accurately, the lack of rules!) when she immediately threw her opponent through the ropes to the arena floor. [Picture #2] What followed was a thrashing that even someone as hardcore as Heather Owens would find hard to survive. The ring ropes were Ms. Brookstone's first weapon of choice as she violently choked her opponent into a weakened state. [ #3] After that, it was an easy transition into smashing Owens face-first into the steel ring post. [ #4]

Now in complete control, it became apparent that Brookstone wasn't interested in simply winning this match...she wanted to destroy Owens! And she came close after throwing her opponent's nearly lifeless body into the stack of steel chairs positioned against the arena wall. [ #5] The next scene horrified the stunned onlookers--including photographer Wrestlin' Wally--but luckily he kept on shooting the action as the out-of-control Brookstone slammed chair after chair onto Heather's prone body. [ #6] & [ #7] And it got worse for Owens. Take a look at the next torment Brookstone had for her opponent: with Heather's battered and bruised body buried under the pile of steel debris, the vicious blonde stomped into one of the chairs...bashing it into the skull and upper-spine of the nearly unconscious warrior. [ #8] A brutal attack!
